Actuarial Business Consultant (Non-Life)
Your responsibilities- developing and maintaining actuarial reserving and analysis tools
- analyzing data and results to ensure the quality of our financial statements
- supporting the central team during the quarterly closing and forecast processes
- monitoring and reporting on reserving KPIs to senior actuaries and other stakeholders
- participating in constant knowledge transfer, understanding dependencies to derive appropriate analyses approaches
- preparing relevant actuarial data and designing and developing automation scripts when needed

Our requirements- fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- graduate degree in mathematics, economics or a comparable quantitative field
- excellent technical and analytical skills, structured way of thinking, logical and concise approach and high attention to detail
- high ability and willingness to understand technical as well as functional dependencies
- open-minded, proactive and well organized, with problem-solving abilities, capable of prioritizing workload and team player
- self-motivated and self-dependent, willingness to develop further
- high intercultural competency and willingness to travel internationally
- intrigued to work in an international environment
- advanced knowledge of the MS Office package
- experience in coding (R, VBA, SAS) and/or experience in working with databases (e. g. SQL, IBM Planning Analytics or MS Access)
Optional
- actuarial qualification and work experience in local or international GAAP (IFRS4, IFRS17, Solvency II)
