Your responsibilities
- Deliver the highest quality of service in payroll operations - preparation of data for payroll and verification of the accuracy of calculations.
- Provide inputs to local BSC related with pre-payroll activities.
- Gathering and archiving the payroll documents (e.g. payroll list, ZUS documentation).
- Cooperating with the payroll and benefit vendors as well as internal stakeholders.
- Preparing reports and reconciliations with external institutions (ZUS, tax authorities, statistical office, disability pension fund, employee pension program, PPK).
- Liaising with external institutions.
- Managing and reconciling time and attendance records.
- Handling payroll for contractors (umowy cywilno-prawne).
- Maintaining complete personnel documentation.
- Administration of medical examination of employees (Initial and periodic).
- Preparing reports and agreements as needed.
- Analyzing payroll and HR data.
- Provide answers to employees' questions on labor law and social security.
- Support other HR Administration or Payroll projects and activities.
Our requirements
- University degree.
- 3+ years of professional experience in processing Polish Payroll independently.
- Excellent knowledge of social security as Polish payroll, labor law and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in working with SSC/BSC organizations.
- Strong analytical and very good organizational skills, close attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of English and Polish.
- "Client-focus" and proactive approach.
- Experience with the WORKDAY system.
