Duties and Responsibilities
The role is primarily responsible for overseeing the analytics strategy for CH and its clients. Setting standards and guidelines as well as executing on implementation in order to accelerate growth. Timely reporting and assisting Clients in optimization suggestins:
- Develop tools to track and control the implementation of the strategy.
- Define guidelines for tagging and analytics CH and its clients, selection process and facilitate the process.
- Provide advice to clients in issues related to analytics.
- Maintain a working knowledge of principles web and mobile analytics, create environment where best practices are shared.
- Manage tools, create user account, build / modify / maintain dashboards, first line support & informal user training.
- Defining and scoping web and mobile analytics projects.
- Data integration between systems and media data and visualization
Qualifications and Requirements
Understanding, expertise and extensive experience in web analytics solutions (including tag management) is essential
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience with analytics solutions for marketing actions focused on ROI, direct-response/performance;
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (i. e. WebTrends, KissMetrics, Google Analytics), mobile analytics and tag management tools;
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills with sound ability to prioritize issues and drive desired results in fast paced, dynamic environment;
- Capable of multi-tasking and coordinating several projects at once;
- Ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems.
- Experienced in reading & writing Javascript. Understanding of web technologies including dataLayers, tagging, data flows, and knowledge of data protection is a plus.
- Working knowledge of digital landscape and mobile marketing channels and mobile ad networks including funnel analysis and attribution;
- Familiar with EU legal requirements on personal data storage, processing, transmittal to 3rd parties & anonymizing, knowledge of US and UK Data Protection will be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
- General knowledge of content management system (CMS);
- Proactive, self-motivated, innovative and collaborative
- Experience working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience in working with international companies across many languages and cultures is essential
