Your responsibilities- Work with stakeholders to shape change delivery and portfolio management minimum standards and best practice methods, developing clear and concise digital content that provides an excellent user experience.
- Work with change initiatives and portfolios to support Change Framework adoption and advise on best practice usage of the Change Framework.
- Work with specialist working groups and change leaders across the Bank to evolve the nature of change management across HSBC Group (e. g. , agile ways of working and value stream change delivery constructs).
- Provide training to colleagues in our global businesses, functions, markets, and regions to aid on-boarding and provide upskilling sessions focussed on various topics related to change management.
- Understand the ‘bigger picture’ in terms of how changes to our ways of working impact the organisation / our colleagues and developing communication and engagement approaches to ensure effective change adoption.

Our requirements- Experience of working in change delivery and / or portfolio management.
- A passion for change management methods, tools and techniques.
- Understanding / experience of agile ways of working.
- Analytical skills including the ability to work at both a detailed level and see the ‘bigger picture’.
- Strong communication skills including verbal, business / technical writing, and effective presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple and competing priorities.
- Ability to lead and manage digital content creation and work with technical designers / developers.

About the roleThe individual will be part of the Change Framework team within the Group Transformation Office. The Change Framework team is a multi-disciplinary team using agile methods and tools to maintain and enhance HSBC’s approaches to managing change across the Bank. HSBC Change Framework is an internal digital platform that sets the global standards for change delivery and portfolio management across HSBC Group. It provides best practice methodological guidance for portfolio and delivery management using waterfall, hybrid agile, and agile at scale approaches.
