Change Manager
responsibilities :
- Build and implement a multi-faceted change management plan for the organization, and bring benefits to it
- Apply Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to the business need
- Deliver organizational operating model design
- Develop and execute digital adoption strategies to drive engagement and utilization of digital tools and platforms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their digital needs and challenges
- Provide training and support to employees on digital tools and technology usage
- Create educational materials, tutorials, and resources to promote digital literacy and best practices
- Monitor and analyze digital adoption metrics to measure progress and identify areas for optimization
- Create compelling content that aligns with business priorities, and engages stakeholders
requirements-expected :
- Having 4+ years of change management consulting experience and engagements in a highly matrixed client-facing environment
- Ready to become a trusted advisor to a client and business development teams
- Proficient in the application of business change management theories
- Passionate for technology, its positive influences on workplace development and employee experience
- A critical and analytical thinker who accepts out-of-the-box solutions
- Autonomous, highly flexible, and willing to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Experienced in Microsoft technologies (Office 365, SharePoint, etc)
- Understanding transformation programs
- Showing expertise in independent strategic & analytical thinking, developing bespoke and tailored change management and adoption strategies
- Accustomed to effective IT training delivery
