responsibilities :
- Collaborate with IT, Robotic Process Automation, and other teams to align improvement initiatives with technological capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the AS GBS Finance Operations teams (OtC, PtP, RtR) to enhance and refine the processes executed by these teams.
- Continuous Improvement (CI) Tool Ownership: Take ownership of the Continuous Improvement Tool (a platform designed to allow individual employees from Finance Operations to submit and raise ideas for improvement) ensuring its effective utilization across projects.
- Idea Review & Monitoring: Review submitted ideas and monitor the progress of ongoing improvement projects.
- Support & Facilitation: Provide support to Change Responsible and facilitate their responsibilities.
- Project Tracking: Keep track of the status of improvement projects, ensuring timely updates and progress.
- Consultation: Consult with project process owners and other stakeholders to understand project priorities and align them with business objectives.
- Culture Promotion: Foster a culture of continuous improvement among AS GBS employees, promoting the mindset and its benefits.
- Workshops: Conduct workshops for various finance teams to brainstorm and gather ideas for process enhancements.
- Project Management: Lead and manage improvement projects that require Continuous Improvement (CI) support, driving them to successful completion.
requirements-expected :
- 2 years experience in a similar position at Shared Service Center/GBS is required.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential.
- MS Office: Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint are required.
- SAP FICO: Experience with the SAP FICO module is preferred.
- CI Methodologies: Understanding Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other CI methodologies is desirable.
- Problem-Solving & Organization: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Attention to Detail & Communication: Keen attention to detail and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Negotiation & Flexibility: Proficient in negotiation and stakeholder management, with the capacity to work towards multiple deadlines concurrently.
- Resilience & Autonomy: Resilience and the ability to work effectively under pressure and within short timeframes, with a strong ability to work autonomously.
