Customer Care Representative
Federal Express Corporation (FedEx Express) is the world's largest express transportation company. FedEx Express' global transportation network ensures fast, reliable delivery of documents, packages, and shipments around the world.
For the first two months, you will be working from the office, then in a hybrid model (selected 2 days a week in the office, 3 days remotely).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering questions from external and internal customers in English via chat (most enquiries concern complaint issues)
- Completing all administrative activities related to chat support
- Providing professional customer service
- Effective communication between departments and teams
If you:
- Feel confident in contact with demanding clients
- Speak and write English very well (min. B2)
- Establish relationships with others easily
- Have the ability to resolve conflicts
- Have no difficulty using a computer and navigating the Internet
and 8-hour shifts between 6:00 a. m. and 8:00 p. m. on Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday are OK for you - Apply!
