Requirements:
- - HBO (Bachelor's degree) or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- TMAP- or ISTQB-certification
- Proficiency in Dutch language
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
- Experience in UI test automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or similar
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI
- Experience in performance testing tools like JMeter or Loadrunner
- Preferably, experience with Angular
Responsibilities:
- My daily tasks will include:
- Creating test cases based on user stories
- Collaborating with the team to automate and manually test where necessary
- Analyzing and maintaining automated test cases
- Setting up, maintaining, and executing automated tests in the police ICT environment
- Advising on standards and guidelines, methods and techniques, and test processes and technologies
- Working in a multidisciplinary DevOps team

The ICT organization of the police is a large, professional group of motivated colleagues who want to do more than just practice their ICT profession. Your task is to help make the Netherlands safer. The police's ICT organization consists of over a hundred DevOps teams. For the DevOps team responsible for the police calendar, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, versatile, and skilled DevOps tester/automator. The police operate in a complex, rapidly changing world and have scaled Agile operations accordingly. We are organized into DevOps teams that deliver working software in short sprints and are responsible for the operations of their applications. The Production House of the IV Service within the police employs 120 DevOps teams working in an agile manner using the Scrum framework. You will work as a tester in the Events and Permits cluster within the Immigration Affairs, Identity, and Biometrics (IIB) product line. You will work in a challenging environment and will be responsible for ensuring availability and data integrity.What we offer:
- A gross monthly salary of minimum €3. 484, - and maximum €6. 176, - (pay grade 10 or 11 Bbp) based on a 36-hour workweek
- 8% holiday pay and 8. 33% year-end bonus
