GL Team Leader (new GBS)
Odpowiedz na ogłoszenieFor our Client, new GBS from production industry, we are looking for candidates for GL Team Leader who will be responsible for creation new structures trouch support team in transition processes and project improvements in GL area.
Responsibilities:- manage a new team and provide substantive support,
- activities related to people management: recruiting new talents, setting individual and team goals, providing feedback, conducting employee evaluations ensuring further development of employees,
- coordination of activities related to the closing of the accounting period,
- update procedural documents and accounting procedures,
- take part in knowledge transfer from local finance to GBS,
- participate in the improvement of financial projects and standardize registered processes,
- verify accounting documents from serviced entities,
- checks entries of the general ledger with sub-ledgers and reconciles main accounts,
- close cooperation with other finance team and Finance Managers.
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in GL or RTR department,
- 2+ years of experience in people management,
- fluency in English (ate least B2 level),
- higher education preferably in the field of finance, accounting or economics,
- experience in transition processes,
- experienence in builing SSC structure from the scratch will be huge asset,
- knowledge of SAP will be an asset,
- assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, then make clear and timely decisions,
- be self-reliance and be able to escalate appropriately,
- have organizational skills, be open-minded and receptive to change.
