Twój zakres obowiązków
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR and office management? We're looking for an HR and Office Specialist to join Super Prezenty team!
● HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee benefits. Support office and shop employees alike.
● Data Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee data in compliance with company policies and regulations.
● Onboarding & Support: Coordinate onboarding, including offer letters and orientation. Assist employees with HR-related inquiries.
● Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs and support payroll processes.
● Health & Safety: Organize health and safety programs and training, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
● Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor coordination.
● Support Project Development: Lead HR projects, support senior management in strategic HR initiatives, and analyze HR metrics.
● Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and event planning. Manage IT and office supplies for all locations.
Nasze wymagania
- please provide your CV in English
- Experience in HR will be advantage
- English language on communicative level is required
- Interview will be in English
