HR Systems Analyst - SuccessFactors first line support
technologies-expected :
- SAP
responsibilities :
- Request handling: act as the first point of contact for internal customers and stakeholders for SuccessFactors process and technical-related questions,
- Troubleshoot and analyze EC, ONB & REC technical issues,
- Case transfer/escalation: you'll escalate cases to specialized support groups as needed, ensuring they're in good hands,
- Direct user contact: you'll have direct interaction with end users from all over the world both via the case management system and occasionally on the phone,
- Update global process Work Instructions and develop knowledge content.
requirements-expected :
- Hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors,
- SAP HR experience is an advantage,
- Analytical mindset,
- Strong communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization,
- Exceptional customer service approach,
- Fluent written and spoken English,
- Proactivity: curious and always willing to find solutions to improve processes with a forward-thinking mindset,
- Strong desire to learn,
- Positive can-do attitude and high energy level,
