IT Risk Analyst
responsibilities :
- Implement and maintain the Technology Risk Management Program,
- Drive technology risks, controls, and compliance programs,
- Conduct statistical analyses to determine potential risks and advise leadership,
- Track and maintain an operational risk register,
- Drive Vulnerability Management, Information Security, and Remediation program,
- Ensures Vulnerability Management understands compliance, tracks vulnerabilities, and drives preventative and mitigation actions,
- Acts as internal and external liaison with Auditors, Cyber Security, Privacy, and Legal Departments,
- Capture data SOX compliance and maintain related reports,
- Ensure data integrity and quality of data reporting before distribution
- Create relevant training material and memos to support regulatory and operational compliance awareness,
- Coordinate with reporting analysts to communicate analysis to leadership,
- Coordinate with Vendor Management Analysts to identify potential areas of vendor risk and drive mitigation actions,
- Assist in the development and ongoing review of security policies standards, and procedures in partnership with relevant Technology and Herbalife Nutrition organizations,
- Serves as advisor to Technology Leads in terms of compliance and operational risk.
requirements-expected :
- 4+ years in IT security, risk, controls, audit, and regulatory compliance with a related role,
- Management experience in IT security, risk, controls, audit, and regulatory compliance setting,
- Bachelor’s in computer science, risk management, or related degree,
- Proficient in related analysis and risk assessment tools,
- SOX and GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) experience is a must,
- Developed communication skills,
- Ability to build strong relationships across various functions of IT to be able to identify and communicate risks preemptively,
- Certificates / Training: IT, risk, and security practices, standards, and controls (e. g. COBIT, NIST-CSF, CIS-CSC, C2M2, CSOE, ITIL),
