- We support recruitment activities for a US-based FinTech company. Our client is an institutional-grade financial services network that connects companies, organizations, and investors to the global markets ecosystem through a unique blend of digital platforms, end-to-end clearing and execution services, high-touch service, and deep expertise.
- We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with knowledge of M365, Windows 10 and 11, and 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be available to start immediately.
responsibilities :
- Apply troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to guide and assist users with issues related to the design, development, and deployment of desktop hardware and applications.
- Install hardware and software, perform desk moves, and make necessary additions and changes to desktop setups.
- Collaborate with project teams by participating in project testing for desktop dependencies and ensuring compatibility and functionality.
- Work collaboratively with IT and Business teams to quickly resolve desktop issues, set up, and maintain desktop configurations, and fine-tune system performance.
- Keep desktops current with the latest patches and updates to ensure security and functionality.
- Resolve incidents assigned via the Incident Management System by monitoring the ticketing queue, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely resolution in accordance with SLA guidelines.
- Interface directly with partner teams to define application purposes, hardware/application dependencies, support standards, testing strategies, response requirements, and escalation points.
requirements-expected :
- 2+ years of experience in desktop support, with a focus on Office 365 and Windows environments.
- General knowledge of infrastructure security, including Windows, Unix/Linux, desktop, and mobile environments.
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Office 365 applications (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Strong understanding of Office 365 administration and security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
