Junior Customer Service Specialist
Your responsibilities
- Managing Customer Orders and Claims
- Performing analyses and reporting activities related with orders and claims
- Communicating with other departments to collect data or information
- Ensuring the quality of services at the level expected by Customer
- Contact with customers, company representation
- Dealing with daily inquiries from customers,
- Updating data in Flex systems and applications (Atlas, Baan, RP, Salesforce)
Employer requirements
- Fluency in English and Polish is a must
- Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated prior customer focused experience
- Experience in dealing with customers
- A team player, able to work collaboratively within the group
