Your responsibilities- Managing change/transformation among the Operating teams in the implementation of Lean Management.
- Supporting the Manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Engagement goals
- Coaching Line Leaders, cascade & communicate the plans and targets to employees to ensure alignment around priorities and KPI’s.
- Leading the Continuous Improvement plan and embedding a zero loss mindset to constantly improve and deliver against best in class both internally and
- Driving the Operating team to identify and manage improvements to technology, culture, capability and operating systems.
- Supporting all Manufacturing standards, Governance, Compliance requirements, making sure that they are understood by all, and are regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.
- Leading and being Accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the Manufacturing team
- Partnering effectively with all multi-functional peers internally & externally (outside the plant)

Our requirements- Min. 3 years operational & manufacturing experience (FMCG industry nice to have) in productive maintenance, Lean Management tools and concepts
- Excellent communication, negotiations, coaching and leadership skills in a team-based environment
- Higher degree in the field of technology/engineering will be treated as an asset
- Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team building
- Strong financial & business acumen, project management skills
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment
- Excellent Polish and very good English (written & spoken)
