For our client - the big company in cosmetics area we are looking for a person who will be responsible for:

- Develop and implement long-term and short-term sales strategies focused on the growth of the sales team and leadership development.
- Actively participate in management meetings and contribute to the creation of market strategies.
- Responsible for creating annual sales budgets and forecasts for the department.
- Monitor and optimize sales processes to achieve targeted results, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Closely monitor competitor activities and market trends to implement innovative solutions that enhance sales and team development.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in sales within the cosmetics.
- Proven experience in team management and building an effective sales team.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and budgets.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, with a focus on achieving results.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
