About the role
ETS is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist that will support the company in the area of procurement compliance to external and internal regulations
How you will get the job done
- managing all compliance and regulatory activities around procurement area (e. g. audit related, TPRM, DORA) in close collaboration with Group Procurement functions
- providing advice and guidance to colleagues on activities that are on the critical path and helping in resolving issues
- running internal audits to measure quality, as well as run own initiatives in close alignment with Group Procurement functions
- providing oversight on internal procurement regulations (Local and Group Procurement Guidelines, ESG and other related regulations)
- leading and managing the research, development, implementation and monitoring of procurement performance benchmarks that support key result areas, including performance reporting (e. g.compliance reporting, functional performance reporting, etc. )
- overseeing vendor requirements (non-administrative)
- managing contract database in terms of adherence to existing norms
- ensuring internal and external compliance with sourcing procedures and contracts
- leading and managing the development and implementation of ‘best practice’ procurement policy, directives, frameworks procedures and guidelines to facilitate the reduction of business risk across the company
- identifying areas of improvement and offer solutions to existing norms and processes
Skills and experience you will need
- good command of Polish (at least B2)
- good command of English (B2)
- university degree (preferably in Management, Logistics or Economics)
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in international environment
- experience in sourcing and business analysis
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems
- knowledge of negotiation techniques
- effectiveness and goal-orientation
- agile attitude – openness, improvement of actions, anticipation of changes
- ability to adapt within a fast-moving and growing environment
- ability to build relations with Customers
- good presentation skills
Nice to have
- knowledge of German language
- knowledge of Coupa platform
