Strategic Business Change Manager (Business Analyst - Climat Adjusted Credit Risk)
Your responsibilities- Support the integration of climate into credit risk decisioning by ensuring that all relevant aspects of the end to end credit application and approval process are updated to take account of climate considerations;
- Produce process flows to support solution design;
- Produce business requirements documents to define updates required to systems to take account of climate in credit risk decisioning;
- Represent WCL Sustainability in solution design discussions and at design approval forums relating to climate adjusted credit risk framework;
- Produce detailed guidance for Relationship Managers and Credit Approvers on how climate considerations should be factored into risk decisioning:
- Support the C&I Lead to develop and implement training for Relationship Managers and Credit Approvers.

Our requirements- Robust understanding of Credit and Lending processes and experience working in this area;
- A proven track record as a BA capable of producing process flows, system requirements and user documentation;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to work and influence across multiple markets, as well as business and technology teams;
- A proven ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders in multiple teams across the business, including senior leadership, exhibiting strong diplomacy skills;
- To be flexible and adaptable in an environment of constantly changing priorities, and staying true to the values and strategy of the Group.
