System Analyst
Your responsibilities- working with business stakeholders to capture and define business requirements
- creating detailed outcomes of the business analysis process, outlining problems and opportunities for Business
- validating requirements for the Product, translating them into relevant Product Backlog items and tasks
- identifying and managing dependencies impacting the planned scope
- creating technical specification of changes (e. g. analyzing and mapping data flows across various upstream and downstream applications, defining changes in the integration layer)
- being a partner in discussions with the Development Team and Architectssupporting Product Owner, Delivery Team, and Program Manager with a detailed understanding of the product features during Agile increment planning sessionsbeing responsible for product validation (supporting stakeholders during the testing phase)
- creating a relevant project and product documentation, participating in an audit

Our requirements- fluent English and Polish
- at least 3 years of experience in the software development domain as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
- understanding of software development lifecycle, proven experience in end-to-end software project delivery
- experience in the system integration domain, ability to discuss concepts related to API contracts, Data Models, Data Flows, ETL, Big Data
- being able to discuss and propose solutions to technical aspects of software delivery
- experience in preparing estimations together with the Development Team
- practical experience with team collaboration tools (Azure DevOps)
- knowledge or working experience of Scrum methodology
- experience in exploring and managing requirements in large corporate projects

- release management experience
